CPU overclock unstable after adding second GPU for SLI?

Have verified that the system is stable at 4Ghz under a single card. When adding in another card (be it SLI enable or disable from NVCP), OCCT CPU test (no GPU load) will cause BSOD error 124 after less than 20 minutes.

Setup:

i7 860, evga P55 SLI

2x Asus GTX 660

Verified that PSU is sufficient for SLI since power draw from watt meter is merely 400W under load.

Increased PCH voltage to 1.15V as recommended for SLI setups but BSOD happens at the same point.

Question: Have anyone encountered this? Is there any voltage I should bump up just for an SLI system. I would hope not to have to increase Vcore and VTT any further since my CPU cooling options are almost at their limits.

Current OC settings:

Multi: 20

CPU Frequency: 200

PCIE Frequency: 104

QPI Frequency: 4.270GT/s

MCH Strap: 1600MHz

No Vdroop

Vcore: 1.3V

VTT: 1.325V

Dimm: 1.53V (auto)

PCH: 1.05V (default)

CPU PLL: 1.80V (default)

CPU PWM frequency: 849 KHz

VTT PWM frequency: 634KHz

DDR PWM frequency: 240 KHz
