Guide: Where Can I get Electronics components and Programming boards in Singapore?

Hi,

I am a hobbyist, I m new to Singapore and want electronic components like bread board, resisters, transistors, ICs etc. Also Microcontroller programming board, LCD display etc.

Can anyone suggest me a place where I can get in cheaper price ( I am not a rich guy laa).
