Yes I'm reviewing it and guess what?
Seems fine it does POST ...

It POSTS if overclocked or underclocked (overvolted with current limit increased) it crashes 5secs after the windows orb comes up
I even tried fixing voltage at 1.1v (Using a Deepcool Captain 120, at stock temps are 60C without turning the 120 fan up) and tried fixing fan speeds to full speed and turning off Turbo+EIST as a last ditch attempt and all failed.
Even tried an older BIOS! Still can't get past windows orb logo without instantly shutting down. The BSOD page was observed with the windows recovery
It's not like I'm a overclocking noob or what and yes it is flashed with 1004 BIOS~
