I am a plant personnel manager and have been dealing with the employees schedule and tasks. I have had problems since most employees does not work on a weekend which makes it hard for me. I am scouting for a software that would help me ensure that the scheduling of personnel and task would give us an easier time without sacrificing the entire project schedule. Is there anyone who could help me with this?
