Dear Experts,
I am sorry if I post this thread in the wrong place. Because I am desperately needed a help from the experts.
To cut the story short. I got my new one plus one from the U.S. I was very excited. So I did the normal setup for the phone to be use. Everything is fine. But there was two problem I am facing now as stated below.
I encounter this problem which I need your help. Viber and WhatsApp message cannot be sent out from Mobile Network. But I don't encounter any problem through WiFi network connection. I can surf the net and Facebook page from the Mobile Network without any problem. I am a M1 users and my network is on 3G because I didn't subscript the LTE network. And make things more worse, there was no error message on the screen when the message didn't sent out. So I am confuse now what to do next.
So I hope someone who is kind enough to give me some advice on my above problem. Thank you.
