Anyone can share their experiences with using the iUSB power to supply clean 5v power to their USB cards?
iUSB -> SOTM -> DAC -> AMP -> HP/Speakers
Was looking at LPS and suddenly remembered about the iUSB, can't find any information as most recommendation would be a LPS. Anyone here has tried the above and willing to give their input?
I am currently running a HTPC (Mobo) -> Schiit Bifrost (USB) -> Schiit Asgard 2 -> HE-400
I will have a PPA PCIe USB Card V2 otw soon to replace the USB output from my mobo. And it's suggested I use a 5V/1A LPS, which is ideal with the iUSB.
There are a couple of other options here and here which I have researched a bit as well.
