Got an iPhone 5 from Sprint in the US. But Sprint won't unlock for me as I am not their customer.
Anyone knows whether any shop in SG can do a factory IMEI unlock like those China repair shops that has access to Apple's GSX system? If not, what's the next best method to unlock the phone?
Managed to find out the phone is currently on 6.1.4 so no software unlock for me.
Wonder if the White House and FCC push to have carriers unlock all phones applies to those phones sold in the past and non customers.
