Focal XS Speakers spoilt - anyone has other advice?

Hi guys,



Thanks for reading the thread and thanks in advance for any suggestions on how to fix the problem.



Problem:

My Focal XS Book Speakers have a standby LED that glows. This morning however, the standby LED is not lighted up and cannot be turned on. No sound from the speakers too when I try to play music.



Attempted repairs:

1) Changed the power wire - replaced it with a different set of Focal provided wires -> no go

2) Checked if Belkin surge protector is spoilt -> Nope, the surge protector works fine on all sockets

3) Rechecked the connection on the speaker itself -> Not a loose connection



Does anyone have a suggested solution to try???



Sigh....looks like a budget model is designed 'budgetly' even though it may come from an established audio brand
