As title, I saw online that Asus have developed with some interesting technology and they call it OC Socket. I not sure if anyone know how it works
i read that "OC Socket” with full pins beyond the standard LGA2011-v3 socket on X99 motherboards. During overclocking, it gives improved stability when adding voltage, to pump performance of the latest 8-core/6-core CPUs and DDR4 memory to the absolute max.

Saw this site that said the extra pins provide additional voltage for improved voltage stability

From some "well known" site:
ASUS OC Socket; l'LGA2011-3 ha 60 pin in più
AnandTech | ASUS X99 Launch: Rampage V Extreme, X99-Deluxe, X99-A and X99-Pro
