Good evening guys,
I'm a new owner of the asus ac68u as well as new subscriber of Singtel's 500mbps fibre plan. This is how my connection goes;
"Open net point"---> Singtel ONT---> Aztech DSL7002GRV(S)---> Asus ac68u
Every networking equipment are in my living room except the Asus ac68u which is in my room connected through a lan cable. Distance from living room to my room is about 6 meters. Port 1 from Aztech is connected to WAN of my ac68u. Port 1 from ac68u connected to PC.
With the above mentioned setup, I get good results. 500 ++ mbps for both download and upload speeds. But My torrent speeds are suffering badly. Can't even hit 1mb during non peak hours. Is there any way to configure the routers to solve this issue?
Asus AC68U firmware updated to 5656. I have turned off the wireless function on the aztech as only myself and my brother(his room is beside mine) use wifi. I'm located at queenstown area. Hope the given information helps. TIA.:023:
