At the back of the box shows the twin Frozr V cooling system in details, housing the Torx Fan, SuperSU Pipe and the Zero Frozr feature of the fan with an addition of a gaming app, used to further enhance your gaming experience.

Items in box

The box contains the MSI Gtx 970 gaming 4g itself, as well as a power converter, the user guide and a disc containing the drivers and gaming app software.

First Look

The MSI Gtx 970 gaming 4g is a piece of work ecstatically, its design is done beautifully and uses a black PCB board. There’s also LED to light up the dragon gaming logo. You will be able to see the SuperSU pipes on it.

Connectivity

The MSI Gtx 970 gaming 4g has two DVI connectors, DisplayPort and a full sized HDMI 2.0 which can run 4K resolutions up to 60hz.

Cooling System

The MSI Gtx 970 gaming 4g uses the new Twin Frozr V cooling system. It has Zero frozr technology that stops the fan when it’s under 60c so that it is silent while idling or games that uses low GPU power. When the temperature is 60c and above, the fan will slowly adjust its rotation speed in order to maximize the efficiency of the fan.

The fan, known as Torx fan is smaller but more powerful than its predecessor. The fan is built with the dispersion blade design, providing greater airflow, quieter and cooling temperature more efficiently.

The heatpipes uses the SuperSU pipe design, allowing the heatpipes to transfer heat more efficiently.

Summary

The MSI gtx 970 gaming 4g is definitely a good buy if you are looking for an upgrade to your gaming experience, with quieter noise being produced and cooler temperature.
