Wireless Router For Small Office

Hi All,

We are using the Cisco RV220W with MyRepublic 100mbps with static IP.

We have about 40 employees, each have their own laptop.(total IP count=40)

Most employees have their own VOIP desk phone using SIP service with hoiio(maybe about 20 phones, so about 60 ips). Mixture of wireless and wired phones.

Most employees also use the company wifi on their phone/tablet(90 ips)

We have about 15 other devices on the network, printers, nas, etc so that's about 105 ips total.

We have a mixture of tech people, programmers, designers, admin/hr/finance, customer service officers, business analyst and sales.

Common complaints: Employees laptops can't connect to the Wifi until someone disconnects their phone from the network(dhcp pool is from .20-.230, should be more than enough but this issue still persist. They will always say: don't ever get disconnected if you do then cannot connect again!), random router rebooting, takes a long time for router to lease ip address.

We are looking for a new Wireless AP to replace the Cisco router. Budget about $150 can probably push to $200. Not sure if we should get 1 powerful wireless AP or a few wireless APs. The higher ups wanted to get 3 wireless routers at $150 each but I was thinking of getting just 1 powerful one.

Open to any brand, as long as it's easy to configure. We don't mind if it's from Ebay/Amazon.

Thank you for reading!
