Hi guys, I just purchased a LCD TV and the sound is lacking to say the least so am on the lookout for 2.1 speakers and would greatly appreciate if anyone could have recommendations for me. I will use it for the TV mostly and occasionally play music via the TV through a DLNA server.
I wanted to go for computer speakers like the Audioengine A5+ or the Focal XS 2.1 and was wondering if it would be Ok to pair them up with the TV? Also, would it be recommended to get a DAC for TV watching purposes?
Budget is about $800 for a used/new set, would greatly appreciate recommendations!
