How long to charge a new laptop battery for the first time

Hi All,



Question : How long to charge a new laptop battery for the first time?

Just bought a new laptop for my mum from Comex yesterday.

I know nuts about laptop.

And I've forgotten to ask the sales person regards the first time charging duration.



The model is : Lenovo Ideapad S410 - i3

Battery : 4 Cell
