Hi,
been out of touch for many years. Last being since lgs775 processors and find that now there is so much settings in the bios. Using the beta 8c bios
I did a few things, increase vcore, cpu multiplier and disable c1e, c6/7/8 all disabled but somehow cpuz always show multiplier 8x and speed of 800 mhz.
My multiplier has been set at 40 but still showing 800. Advise please?
Next, Ram. I am using the gskill trident x series 10-12-12 2400mhz. When I leave it as defaults, run sisoft bench, managed to get 16G memory bandwidth. Divider was set at 1:5 which results in 1333mhz. Now if I change divider to 1:9 aka 2400mhz, my memory bandwidth drops to 5G? what is has gone wrong? and Yes I enabled profile 1 for the XMP.:confused2:confused2:confused2:confused2
