Currently, i'm uing twisted-pair copper cabling with our LAN network. I want to know how is the engineer put the connectors on twisted-pair cables, what tools is needed and how to finish this delicate job? Can anybody sketch out the steps? Don't waste time to list much, i need the simple anwer!;)
