I am getting that feeling that my Intel Q9550 is about time to be retired. Is AMD getting any better since? I am looking for an upgrade yet I am not looking particularly for anything top of the line anymore but I do play games occasionally, most commonly Football Manager and some games from Paradox Interactive. I do play Call of Duty/Modern Warfare whenever a new one comes out. Will AMD fit my requirements and budget or should I stick to Intel?
