iPhone 5 Jailbreak

Hey guys, I've just got an iPhone 5 with 6.1.3 on it, and I heard you cannot jailbreak on them. 1. Is this true? 2. If it is, would simply downgrading it to a lower version be sufficient for Jailbreaking? 3. If #2 works, what is the recommended version?
