[iPhone] SIM Card use micro sim card cutter, does it helps?

I'm intending to get an iPhone 4s / 5, however my SIM card is the regular size.



I would like to check if I'm going to shops that have the cutter that cuts my SIM card, does it helps?



Or other suggestions? Please advise.
