Anyone working at Achieva here?
I have a WD drive that needs RMA, need to check with Achieva if they are the distro for this particular drive first before I send it down.
I have tried calling all available numbers since last week (7100, 7140, 7141), nobody picks up the call at anytime of day.
There is also no automated msg at their mainline regarding their CNY close period, their website and FB page r also not updated.
I can understand if the company had a long CNY break, but at any rate, it should be business as usual by today.
Any help is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
